Minutes. On Shopify it installs from the App Store with a managed AI key seeded automatically, so there’s no API key to configure. Switch the widget on and WisWes indexes your catalog, pages, and policies in the background.
No. Every plan runs on frontier models with usage included — Gemini 3 Flash, with smart routing to stronger models for harder questions on higher tiers. There is no separate per-token model bill.
There’s a free plan, then Standard ($49.99/mo), Professional ($159.99/mo) and Enterprise ($349.99/mo), with a lower price on yearly billing. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is needed to start.
A win-back is a shopper WisWes brings back from the edge of leaving and turns into a sale — the outcome we charge on. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of win-backs and conversations; beyond it you pay only per result ($0.65 per extra win-back, $0.05 per extra conversation). No surprise model invoices.
Yes. It does semantic search (it understands “warm but not bulky”), category-aware recommendations, size and fit guidance from your data, and genuine cross-sell — the add-on that actually pairs with the cart — shown as a product slider right in the chat.
No. For privacy reasons WisWes never takes payment or places orders itself. It helps the shopper through cart and shipping, then hands them to your store’s secure checkout to pay.
WisWes watches for exit-intent, idle, and cart hesitation, then steps in with a timely, on-brand nudge. It can also offer a coupon it creates in your store and applies at checkout — all configurable through Smart Actions.
Yes. When a shopper needs a person, WisWes escalates to a live agent in the same chat via Slack or Zendesk, with email as a fallback — so complex questions still reach your team.
WisWes auto-detects each shopper’s language and replies in it — up to 40 languages from a single setup, with no per-market configuration.
WisWes runs with GDPR-aligned data handling and EU data residency, redacts personal data (emails, phone numbers, card numbers) from logs, respects cookie and marketing consent, and never sells shopper data.
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time and you keep access through the period you’ve already paid for. There’s no lock-in.
