What can I A/B test in WisWes?
Greetings, proactive offers, and agent behaviour — run variants side by side and let recovery and conversion data pick the winner. A/B testing is available on higher plans.
How does WisWes split traffic between variants?
WisWes randomly assigns each new shopper to a variant and keeps them on it for the whole session, so the experience stays consistent and the comparison is clean.
Which metric should I optimise for?
WisWes tracks conversations, win-backs and completed checkouts per variant. Make completed checkouts (or win-backs for a proactive test) your primary metric — message count is a vanity metric.
When should I call a winner?
Wait until each variant has a solid base of conversations and one is clearly and steadily ahead on your primary metric, then promote it in the dashboard — don’t stop after a day on a tiny sample.
