What it does

A Smart Action is a rule: when a condition is met (a drop-off signal, or an engagement signal like a cart change) on a given page type, WisWes does something — sends a tailored message, offers help, or applies a discount coupon.

The message is an instruction for the AI, not fixed text, so each nudge is written fresh from the shopper’s live context (page, cart, conversation) — and a coupon is applied automatically when the action calls for it.
